History:
Released around 2017 as part of Seiko’s Presage artisan dial series, the SARX061 features a porcelain dial crafted by master artisan Hiroyuki Hashiguchi, whose workshop traces its heritage back to the 19th century.
The dial is produced using traditional Arita porcelain techniques, resulting in a smooth, milky white surface with a natural gloss. Under the right lighting, the dial reveals a soft glistening effect that sets it apart from standard enamel or lacquer finishes.
