Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery upon the following conditions.

• Receives a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the listing
• Receives a non-functional / faulty product

If we have provided extra parts ( ex. straps or bracelet links ), the non-conforming Products or parts shall become the Seller's property and upon return such products or parts thereof should be shipped back to Seller.

In the case that any of these items are not returned, additional charges will be applied to process the return.

All of our watches are carefully inspected prior to sale.

For watches considered neo-vintage or vintage we cannot guarantee the watches water resistance due to the nature of vintage watches and also do not recommend submerging or using your watch near bodies of water.

Please make sure to carefully inspect our photos / description prior to acquiring your watch & do not hesitate to contact us regarding any questions you may have regarding the watch.

Refund Process

We are able to help replace the watch / service the watch to make things right and will cover shipping expenses back to you.

Once properly inspected we will send the refund.

The customer must bear the cost of initial shipping back to our warehouse.
