A discontinued Brightz model featuring a clean white dial and high-accuracy quartz movement, offering precision and refinement in a lightweight titanium case.
Unlike the 001 and 003, the 007 did not come with a titanium bracelet, the dial can see slightly additional numeral indices compared to the other variants.
History:
Released in the early 2000s as part of Seiko’s JDM Brightz lineup, the SAGJ001 is powered by the 7J21 High Accuracy Quartz movement a caliber developed as a successor to Seiko’s earlier high-performance quartz chronograph movements.
Positioned just below Grand Seiko’s quartz offerings, the 7J21 is regarded as one of the closest non-Grand Seiko alternatives to the renowned 9F quartz movements, delivering exceptional accuracy and reliability.
The model retailed for over $1,000 USD during its production and was discontinued within the decade, making it an increasingly uncommon piece in today’s market.
