Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide only with the most secure / fastest methods being DHL / FedEx Express based on your region. ( we cannot ship to countries classified as war-zones. )
It takes on average 5-7 business days from the day of flight w/ tracking.
With over 1000 watches shipped, we have a flawless record of 0 shipments missing.
Do I have to pay custom Fees?
We are able to listen to your request and help with the declared value of your watch.
If you are based in the US, any watch under 800$ is exempt of custom fees.
If you are based in EU, there is usually a duty charge of 10-15%.
We are also able to help provide an invoice to your customs with the declared value you suggest.
Do you have a warranty / returns policy?
All of our watches are carefully inspected and serviced if not running within movement regulations.
If the watch arrives non functional we are able to accept returns or discuss solutions.
( generally within the first week of receiving the watch. )
We are able to help replace the watch / service the watch to make things right and will cover shipping expenses back to you.
The watch must be returned in its originally advertised condition with all accessories which may have come with the watch.
Once properly inspected we will send the refund.
The customer must bear the cost of initial shipping back to our warehouse.
